Our Story

Baked with intention, served with heart

Martizz Bakery started as a dream between two neighbors on Fourth Plain Blvd — a place where the smell of fresh bread could stop traffic, and where every customer knew their name by the second visit.

Today, we're still baking the same way: by hand, in small batches, with ingredients we can pronounce and a recipe book that's been growing since day one. Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. Our croissants get 27 layers. Our coffee is roasted locally. And our door is always open.
